LineHeist is a fast line-clearing puzzle game — play Solo at your own pace, or challenge real opponents in real-time PvP. This page covers how to reach us, report a problem, and fix the most common issues.
LineHeist never asks for an email address or password. Opening the app automatically sets up an anonymous account, so you can start playing immediately.
PvP matches sync moves in real time and need an active internet connection throughout. If a match won't load or a move won't send, check your connection, then back out to the lobby and try again. Solo play does not require a connection once the app has loaded.
Random Match pairs you with any other player searching at the same moment. If nobody is currently searching, you may wait briefly — try again in a moment, or use Friend Match with a room code to play a specific person immediately.
Create a room from the PvP menu to get a code, and share it with a friend. They enter that exact code under Join Room to connect directly to your match.
After a Solo game ends, you may be offered a short rewarded video to Continue. This option only appears when an ad is available — if it's missing, none was ready to show at that moment. This is expected and not a bug; Restart is always available instead.
Fully close LineHeist and reopen it. Most display glitches or sync hiccups resolve after a restart. Your rating, league, and stats are stored on our servers under your device's account, so restarting never resets your progress.
Go to Settings → Delete Account, then confirm twice. This permanently deletes your nickname, rating, statistics, and Block List, and cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted and what is retained.
Version and build number are not currently shown inside the app. If you're reporting an issue, please mention the platform (iPhone model) and roughly when it happened.
